To put it simply, we are dermatologists helping dermatologists. We are comprised of multiple dermatology practices that have come together as business partners. We are wholly physician-owned, and private equity is not involved in any way.
Our model offers partnership to joining practices, which provides the benefit of having power in numbers while still allowing each partner to maintain autonomy and manage their daily operations.

Model
Our management structure is unique because it does not exist to make money as a separate business entity. Management Service fees are not a percentage of revenue. Instead, only direct costs are expensed based on a productivity model. This structure makes it easy for all practices to prosper -- regardless of practice interests or whether you are a new or established practice.
